12. Minor’s Privacy
ITALBOX services and communication channels are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We only accept information requests or user registrations from individuals who are at least 16 years old.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data of a child under 16 without the valid consent of the holder of parental responsibilities, we will proceed with its immediate deletion.
